We provide stainless steel household products and custom wire and sheet-metal manufacturing services for business buyers worldwide. This notice explains how we handle personal information in connection with our website, inquiries, quotations and business communication.
Our website is currently used to display products and receive inquiries. We do not currently offer customer registration, online checkout or online payment through the website.

2. Information We Collect
We receive information directly from you and technical information associated with use of the website. Please provide information relevant to your business request.
Information you provide
- Your name, business email address, telephone number, company name, country or region, destination city or postcode, and preferred contact method.
- Product interests, dimensions, materials, quantities, packaging requirements and messages relating to an inquiry or order.
- Drawings, artwork, logos, specifications, reference images or other project files that you choose to send through an available upload field, email or an agreed communication channel.
- Information you provide when continuing a conversation through WeChat or WhatsApp.
Form records and technical information
Our Elementor inquiry forms are configured to save submissions in the website database and send email notifications. Form email metadata includes the submission date and time, the form page URL, browser information and the visitor’s IP address. The forms also have a second email action addressed to the email supplied by the visitor.
Website tools may process device and browser information, pages visited, referral information, usage events and cookie or similar identifiers, depending on the tool and relevant consent settings. CookieYes is configured to record consent choices.
Uploaded files
Please avoid including unrelated personal information, embedded location data or sensitive information that is not needed for the project. Contact us before sending particularly confidential files so the appropriate channel and handling requirements can be discussed.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Responding to inquiries, preparing quotations and communicating about product requirements.
- Reviewing drawings and specifications with our factory’s technical staff for development, sampling and production discussions.
- Coordinating orders, packing and shipment information with the freight forwarder nominated by the customer.
- Keeping business correspondence and project records, including follow-up records in Excel and communications through email, WeChat or WhatsApp.
- Operating the website, measuring usage and performance, maintaining security, and addressing spam or technical problems.
- Meeting applicable business, accounting, tax or other legal record-keeping requirements.
At present, we do not run marketing-email campaigns or advertising remarketing. Our communications are used for inquiry replies, quotations and order follow-up. We do not sell or rent personal information.

We have not intentionally installed additional advertising pixels or behavior-recording tools, and we do not currently use advertising remarketing. A link to a social-media or messaging service should be distinguished from an embedded tracking tool; the destination service’s own rules apply when you choose to use it.
6. Services, Software & Information Recipients
Different tools and recipients have different roles. The following reflects our current website configuration and business workflow; it does not mean that every listed tool receives every inquiry or project file.
Website services and software
Hostinger provides our website hosting and business email service. The website server is located in Malaysia. We rely on the automatic backups provided by our hosting and email services; the applicable backup details depend on those services and their configuration.
Google Analytics 4, Search Console and PageSpeed Insights are connected through Site Kit. GA4 supports usage measurement; Search Console and PageSpeed Insights support search and performance review. The Site Kit Google Ads, AdSense and Tag Manager modules are not currently enabled.
CookieYes supports consent management and logging. GTranslate supports website language translation. The website also uses WordPress, Elementor and Elementor Pro for pages and forms, Astra Pro for layout, WooCommerce for the product catalog, Rank Math for SEO and site navigation features, and LiteSpeed Cache for caching and resource optimization.
Business handling and limited-purpose sharing
- Our business representative initially handles customer inquiries and design files.
- Design drawings and relevant product specifications are provided to our factory’s technical staff for the project.
- Relevant order and shipment information is provided to the customer’s nominated freight forwarder.
- Excel is used for business follow-up records. WeChat or WhatsApp may be used when communicating through those channels.
AI-assisted text handling is described in section 12. External services operate under their applicable terms and privacy notices. Useful references include Hostinger, Google and CookieYes. Contact us if you need clarification about handling a particular project file.
7. Data Retention
Records can remain in our website database, Hostinger email, Excel follow-up records and relevant messaging conversations. The current practices are:
- Unsuccessful inquiries and related drawings or attachments: there is currently no single fixed retention period or scheduled deletion cycle.
- Completed orders, contracts, invoices and related emails: these are currently kept for long-term business records without a uniform fixed deletion date.
- Website and email backups: we rely on the automatic backups provided by the service providers. Copies may remain for their applicable backup cycles.
- Analytics and consent records: storage depends on the relevant service and settings. This notice does not assign an unverified common retention period to those tools.
You may ask about or request deletion of information relating to you by emailing support@tanapbaekga.com. Requests need to be assessed against the relevant records, ongoing projects, applicable record-keeping duties and any legitimate need to preserve records for claims or disputes. A deletion request does not automatically remove information held independently by a messaging service or other provider.
8. Data Protection & Security
Our website is delivered over HTTPS and uses Hostinger hosting and email services together with their configured protections and automatic backups. Handling of customer material follows the business, technical and shipping tasks described above.
No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be entirely risk-free. Avoid sending information unrelated to your project, and contact us in advance about particularly sensitive or confidential files. 9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the law that applies to your situation, you may have rights to request information about processing, access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent where consent is the relevant basis.
Please send requests to support@tanapbaekga.com with enough information to identify the relevant inquiry, order or communication and explain the action requested. Our business representative handles these requests. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the scope before taking action.
Rights and responses may be subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, including legal record-keeping requirements. Where applicable, you may also contact the relevant data-protection authority. This notice does not represent a certification of compliance with every jurisdiction’s privacy rules.
10. International Data Transfers
Our business operates in China and serves buyers worldwide. The website is hosted on a Hostinger server in Malaysia. Our email, analytics, consent, translation, messaging and AI service providers may process information in other locations according to their services and arrangements.
Hosting the website in Malaysia does not mean that every business record, email, backup or external-service record is processed only in Malaysia. For questions about a specific cross-border project or file, contact us before sending particularly sensitive information. Applicable transfer requirements and the relevant provider arrangements need to be considered for the activity concerned.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our website is intended for business buyers and professional sourcing communication, rather than children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@tanapbaekga.com so the relevant records and appropriate action can be reviewed.
12. AI Assistance & Automated Decision-Making
We use tools such as ChatGPT and translation services to assist with inquiry text, translations and reply drafts. Our usual workflow does not include uploading complete customer drawings or full order files to those tools.
Material entered into an external AI or translation service is processed under that service’s applicable account settings and terms. We do not claim that every service uses the same retention, training or location settings. You may ask whether a particular communication involved AI assistance and request human clarification.
AI output does not independently accept an order, approve a quotation or change a specification. Important commercial decisions and custom quotations remain subject to human confirmation. See our AI Policy for the related approach.
13. Policy Updates
We may revise this notice when website tools, business workflows or applicable requirements change. A revised published version will show its updated date on the policy page. This document is a review draft and does not yet replace the published privacy policy.
