01 Products & Manufacturing
What products does TANAPBAEKGA manufacture?
We mainly manufacture stainless steel household and storage products, including dish racks, shower caddies, wire baskets and sink organizers.
We also provide custom wire and sheet-metal fabrication for OEM and ODM projects.
For projects outside our standard product range, send us a photo, drawing or physical sample and our technical team can evaluate whether it can be manufactured.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer and also handle overseas sales. Our factory began operations in 2014.
Our production and warehousing facilities cover approximately 3,000 m², and our factory currently has more than 100 team members.
Under a normal product and order mix, our regular monthly production capacity is approximately equivalent to ten 20-foot containers of products. Actual output depends on product type, processing requirements and the order mix.
What stainless steel materials can you use?
We commonly manufacture products using 201, 304 and 316 stainless steel according to Chinese national material standards.
The appropriate grade can be selected according to the product application, target market, corrosion-resistance requirement and customer specification.
Which manufacturing processes are completed in your factory?
Our in-house manufacturing processes include resistance welding and spot welding, TIG welding, laser cutting, laser welding, CNC bending, wire bending, sheet-metal forming and stamping.
The applicable processes and manufacturing requirements are reviewed for the individual product and project.
02 MOQ & Orders
What is your minimum order quantity?
For certain custom wire or sheet-metal products, the MOQ may start at approximately 100 pieces.
The applicable MOQ depends on the product design, specifications, production process and packaging requirements. Please send your product reference and estimated quantity for confirmation.
Available stock products may support mixed-product shipments, subject to inventory and packing arrangements.
Can I mix different products in one shipment?
Yes.
For available stock products, mixed-product shipments can be arranged depending on inventory, packaging and logistics requirements.
For customized products, MOQ is normally evaluated separately for each design.
Do you accept small trial orders?
Yes.
For suitable products, we support trial orders so buyers can evaluate product quality and market response before placing larger orders.
For custom manufacturing, the minimum quantity depends on material usage, tooling, processing complexity and packaging.
Can I change the specifications of a confirmed order?
Please contact us before changing approved dimensions, materials, quantities, finishes, packaging or other requirements.
We first assess feasibility, any increase or decrease in cost, and the effect on the schedule. Revised requirements are confirmed in writing by both parties before the affected production or procurement activities are carried out.
If approved drawings, samples or specifications conflict, the difference is reviewed and the applicable requirements are confirmed in writing before the affected work or acceptance process proceeds.
Can I cancel a confirmed order?
Cancellation is handled according to the written order agreement.
Where cancellation arrangements were not specified, the parties discuss the project’s actual stage, costs already incurred that can be substantiated, and the recoverable or reusable value of relevant materials and resources. Cancellation charges and any refundable amount are then confirmed in writing.
03 OEM / ODM & Product Development
What can you customize?
We can customize:
Product dimensions
Product structure
Wire diameter
Sheet thickness
Stainless steel grade
Surface finish
Color
Logo
Packaging
Product construction
OEM products based on customer drawings
Products developed from customer samples
Our technical team can also assist with product drawings and manufacturing optimization.
Can you develop a product if I do not have a CAD drawing?
Yes.
You can provide a product photo, hand-drawn sketch, reference image or physical sample.
Our engineering team can assist with 2D and 3D product development using software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks and UG/NX.
For physical samples, we may ask you to send the sample to our factory so our technicians can accurately evaluate dimensions, wire diameter, material thickness, welding points and product structure.
What design files do you accept?
We can work with common formats including JPG, PNG, AI, PDF and CAD files.
For complex customized products, 2D or 3D engineering drawings are preferred because they allow us to confirm dimensions, tolerances, structure and manufacturing details more accurately.
Can you copy or redevelop a product from an existing sample?
You can send a reference sample for a manufacturing-feasibility review. Our technical team can assess its dimensions, wire diameter, sheet thickness, joint positions and structure.
Any development work is subject to the rights and authorization applicable to the reference material. Confidentiality and any display or reuse permissions are confirmed for the project.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes.
We can sign an NDA or confidentiality agreement for projects involving new product concepts, CAD files, 3D files, packaging designs, unreleased products or other confidential information.
Who owns the drawings and tooling for a custom project?
Ownership, custody and transfer conditions for dedicated molds, tooling and fixtures, including customer-paid tooling, are confirmed in writing for each project in the quotation or contract.
Ownership of newly developed drawings and designs, their permitted uses and any exclusivity are also agreed in writing for the project. Rights in customer-supplied drawings, logos and other materials remain subject to their existing ownership and authorization.
Paying a tooling fee does not, by itself, establish a single website-wide ownership rule. Please confirm the applicable arrangements before development begins.
04 Samples & Lead Time
Can I get a sample?
Stock samples are available free of charge, with courier costs paid by the buyer. Custom samples require a sampling fee, and the buyer also pays the courier costs.
Once a formal bulk-production order for the same product is confirmed and the agreed deposit has been received, the custom sample fee is credited against that order’s goods price. Courier costs are not included in this credit.
The sample specification, fee and delivery arrangements are confirmed before sampling.
How long does a custom sample take?
Custom samples typically take approximately 2–9 working days, starting after the sampling fee has been received and the specifications and necessary information have been confirmed.
This estimate excludes courier transit time. Complex projects require a separately confirmed sampling schedule.
How long does mass production take?
For routine projects, production typically takes approximately 7–21 working days, followed by approximately 1–3 additional working days for final inspection.
The period starts after the agreed deposit has been received and the final specifications and applicable drawings or samples have been approved.
These are estimates, excluding transportation. The specific schedule is confirmed in writing according to quantity, processes, material availability and production planning. Factory shipment and arrival at the destination are separate milestones.
How quickly can stock products be shipped?
Stock orders can usually be dispatched on the same day when payment, inventory and packaging have all been confirmed before 18:00 Beijing Time and the logistics provider is available to collect the goods.
Actual collection arrangements must be confirmed for the order. Dispatch refers to sending the goods and does not specify their arrival date.
05 Surface Finishing & Quality Control
What surface finishes are available?
Depending on the product and material, available surface treatments may include:
Electropolishing
Mirror polishing
Brushed finish
Standard polishing
Powder coating
Painting
Chrome plating
Nickel plating
PVD coating
Our team can recommend an appropriate finish according to product application, appearance, corrosion resistance and target price.
How do you control product quality?
For routine orders, we check every unit for appearance, welding and assembly, while dimensional checks are carried out by sampling.
Load, salt-spray and other special tests are confirmed separately for each order. Inspection items, methods, acceptance criteria and any additional testing costs should be agreed in writing.
Checking every unit for the stated routine items does not mean every unit undergoes every performance test.
Can you support third-party inspection or testing?
We can coordinate third-party inspection or testing according to the individual project.
The relevant standards, scope, fees and timing are confirmed in advance. Please discuss any required report or supporting document before confirming the order.
What inspection information can you provide before shipment?
Depending on the project, we can provide:
Finished-product photos
Packaging photos
Product videos
Dimension-check photos
Loading photos
Inspection reports
Remote video inspection
Customers may also appoint their own QC representative to inspect the goods at our factory.
06 Packaging & Private Label
What packaging options do you offer?
Packaging options can include:
Standard export cartons

Professional packaging materials are produced in cooperation with our packaging suppliers and coordinated by our team.
Can you produce packaging using our artwork?
Yes.
If you already have packaging artwork in AI or PDF format, we can coordinate production according to your approved files.
If you only have a logo and basic packaging requirements, our team can assist with layout preparation and coordinate with packaging suppliers to complete the packaging solution.
07 Quotation & Payment
What information do you need to provide an accurate quotation?
For a relatively simple product, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
Product photo, dimensions, sheet thickness or wire diameter, stainless steel grade, quantity, surface finish, packaging requirements, preferred Incoterm, destination country or port and expected order volume.
If you do not know the appropriate wire diameter or material thickness, our technical team can recommend a suitable specification based on product structure and application.
For more complex customized products, a 2D or 3D drawing is preferred.
Please also tell us whether the expected shipment is a small shipment, LCL or FCL order where possible.
How quickly can I receive a reply or quotation?
During normal business hours, an initial response is typically provided within approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours. Outside normal business hours or during holidays, an initial response is usually provided within 24 hours.
These are typical initial-response times, not a promise that a formal quotation will be completed within the same period. Custom projects may require further engineering review before a quotation can be confirmed.
Which currencies can you quote in?
We can quote in USD, RMB and EUR. The quotation specifies the applicable currency, prices and payment arrangements.
Quotation validity and the circumstances requiring a revised quotation are explained below.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T is commonly used for direct international orders. A common arrangement is a 30% deposit and a 70% balance before shipment; the final proportions, method and timing are confirmed in the written order documents.
L/C can be discussed for suitable orders. For applicable purchases within China, payment through a 1688 order link can also be arranged as agreed.
The available arrangement depends on the buyer, order value and transaction structure.
How long is a quotation valid?
Our quotations are valid for 7 calendar days, starting on the date the quotation is issued.
A revised quotation is required if there is a substantial exchange-rate fluctuation or a change to the product model, specifications, material or transport conditions. The revised price and requirements are communicated for confirmation.
Changes to an already confirmed order are handled under its written terms and the agreed change-confirmation process; a new website statement does not automatically replace an existing order agreement.
What is included in the quoted price?
There is no single inclusion rule for all quotations. Each quotation states whether packaging, tooling, testing, transport and taxes or duties are included or charged separately.
Any unclear item should be clarified before the order is confirmed. Do not assume that a product unit price includes all project or shipping costs.
Can I place an order or pay directly on the website?
The website is currently used to display products and receive inquiries. We do not currently offer customer registration, online checkout or online payment through the website.
Please send an inquiry for a quotation. Order requirements and payment arrangements are confirmed through the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, contract or other written order confirmation.
08 Shipping & International Trade
Which Incoterms do you support?
EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP and DDP can be considered for suitable orders.
Feasibility and the applicable arrangement are confirmed in writing according to the destination, transportation method and logistics conditions. DDP is offered only for projects where the arrangement can be provided and confirmed.
What shipping methods are available?
Depending on the route and order, we can coordinate international courier, air freight, LCL or FCL sea freight, rail or truck transportation, and buyer-appointed freight forwarders.
Courier options may include DHL, FedEx, UPS or SF Express where available. DDP door-to-door arrangements are considered only for projects where they can be provided and confirmed.
The available route, charges, shipment arrangements and estimated transit time are confirmed for the order.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. We can coordinate with your nominated freight forwarder or sourcing agent.
The parties confirm the forwarder, handover location, collection arrangements and applicable transport terms in writing. This may involve factory collection or delivery to an agreed warehouse in China.
Domestic transport charges and responsibilities are confirmed for the order, and handover records are retained. Any shortage or damage is assessed against the agreed arrangements and relevant evidence.
Which ports can you ship from?
Depending on the customer’s shipping plan, we can arrange exports through ports including Shantou, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Nansha, Shekou and Yantian.
The final port is selected according to destination, shipping schedule, freight cost and Incoterm.
Which export documents can you provide?
We routinely provide a commercial invoice and packing list. Transport documents are coordinated and confirmed with the freight forwarder.
Certificates of origin and other documents must be requested in advance so that availability, requirements, costs and timing can be confirmed for the specific shipment.
Please tell us your destination and document requirements before order or shipment arrangements are finalized.
09 After-Sales Service
What happens if there is a quality problem after delivery?
Please contact support@tanapbaekga.com promptly with the order reference, affected quantity, photos, videos and other relevant evidence.
We will review the issue and discuss the appropriate response according to the confirmed cause, affected goods and written order terms. Any replacement, credit, refund or return arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Do not return goods before the return arrangements, costs and responsibilities have been agreed.
Is there a fixed deadline for reporting quality issues?
There is no single website-wide claim or warranty period for every product and project. Applicable periods and procedures are confirmed in the written order terms.
Inspect goods after receipt and report any issue promptly after discovery with relevant supporting evidence. This also applies to suspected manufacturing defects discovered during use.
If a return or refund is approved, the dispatch deadline, refund processing time, payment method and allocation of related costs are confirmed in writing for that case. Actual receipt of funds also depends on bank processing.
What happens if products are damaged during transportation?
Report the issue promptly and preserve photographs, packing information and available collection or delivery records.
Responsibility and any claim procedure are reviewed according to the written transport arrangements, applicable trade terms, insurance and evidence. We can cooperate with the relevant forwarder or insurer where appropriate.
Any corrective action and related costs are confirmed after the circumstances and responsibilities have been reviewed.
