Factory Overview
Tanapbaekga Stainless Steel Products Factory, founded in 2014 in Chao’an, Chaozhou, Guangdong, manufactures stainless steel wire‑formed products for home and garden, including dish racks, plant stands, and storage baskets. We offer a wide range of materials (304/316 food‑grade, 201, and carbon steel) and finishes (electrolytic polishing, electroplating, baking varnish, sanding, mirror, matte, and wire drawing), suitable for kitchens, balconies, gardens, and commercial settings, featuring corrosion resistance, high strength, strong welds, consistent appearance, and excellent load capacity.
Our 3,800m² facility is equipped with fully automated material processing lines, semi‑automatic welding equipment, and a dedicated shipping warehouse. We oversee the entire process from design drafting to delivery, ensuring consistent quality and craftsmanship. With a monthly output of up to ten 20‑foot containers, we support small‑batch OEM/ODM customization and own‑brand wholesale, provide material certification and salt spray testing, and aim to be a one‑stop supplier for global partners.

Tanapbaekga was founded, starting out as a small welding workshop in Chaozhou, Guangdong.

Quality Control Process
Our quality control covers the full production cycle: raw‑material incoming check, manufacturing, testing and shipment. Standard inspection rules and record‑keeping are applied at every critical step. Production orders and inspection reports guarantee consistent, stable quality for all items.
Incoming Inspection
All incoming materials are registered with receiving records by the warehouse department. The quality department verifies material composition, dimensions and appearance against production requirements. Only passed‑inspection materials will be released to the processing workshop for subsequent production.
Mould Design & Production
After finalizing the product design, designers manually produce prototypes for customer approval. Based on confirmed product drawings, dedicated component moulds are then developed. Mould‑based mass production guarantees consistent product output.
Manufacturing Process Inspection
After each batch of product components is processed, the quality department carries out initial component inspection and dimension matching. It ensures the manufacturing process of parts stays within specified standards and secures the consistency of final finished goods.
Finished‑Product Inspection
Once all product components are ready, welding and assembly are carried out. Basic function tests, load‑bearing tests and oxidation‑resistance tests are performed on assembled goods. Test certificates can be provided upon the purchaser’s request.
Appearance & Edge Polishing
To ensure aesthetic perfection and product safety, all wireware goes through strict deburring processes. We meticulously polish away all sharp edges and welding burrs to deliver a perfectly smooth, safe-to-touch finished product.
Goods QC & Packaging
All goods are re‑inspected prior to shipment. We verify there is no functional damage, burrs or coating defects on products, to guarantee purchasers receive goods in perfect condition.
