1. Purpose & Scope
This policy explains the role of AI-assisted tools in Tanapbaekga’s website content and business communication, and our expectations for automated access to public pages. It covers stainless steel household products, wire baskets, storage racks, sheet metal accessories and related OEM/ODM sourcing information.
Read it together with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Transaction-specific written agreements remain the reference for an individual order.
2. How AI May Support Our Work
We use tools such as ChatGPT and translation services to assist with inquiry text, translations and reply drafts. AI-assisted tools may also help organize product information, prepare website text, research public topics and improve readability. Outputs are working material for review.

AI assistance does not demonstrate that a product has been tested, that a material grade has been verified or that a factory process has been approved. The photographs currently used on our website are original photographs; see section 5.
3. Human Review & Commercial Confirmation
Authorized people remain responsible for quotations, order acceptance and customer commitments. Obtain written confirmation from Tanapbaekga before relying on information for an order.
- Prices, minimum quantities, payment terms and quotation validity.
- Material grade, wire diameter, sheet thickness, dimensions and tolerances.
- Surface finish, welding, assembly, packaging and labeling.
- Sample approval, production schedules and shipment arrangements.
AI-generated messages, summaries or third-party answers do not independently approve a contract or change agreed specifications. A factory shipment date and a destination arrival estimate must be confirmed separately.
Important translated details, including material designations, dimensions, units, quantities and schedules, require human checking against the relevant project information. Where different language versions of transaction documents are used, the applicable language and any differences are resolved through the parties’ written order arrangements; this policy does not select one language for every transaction.
4. Customer Data & Confidential Files
Customer inquiries, contact details, CAD drawings, logos, unreleased designs, private quotations and order records are not intended for public indexing or unrestricted reuse.
We decide which customer information to retain in an AI-assisted task according to that task and its context. We do not promise that every inquiry is uniformly anonymized or redacted. Where confidentiality requirements apply, handling follows the written arrangements for the project, relevant permissions and applicable obligations.
Our usual workflow does not include uploading complete customer drawings or full order files to AI or translation tools. Any proposed use of project material needs to be considered against the specific task, relevant permissions, service settings and confidentiality requirements.
Information entered into an external AI or translation service is processed under that service’s applicable terms and account settings. Retention, model-training use and processing locations can differ between services and configurations; we do not make a blanket promise that all external services use the same rules, immediately delete inputs or exclude all inputs from model training.
The permission for eligible public website content in section 6 does not extend to private customer information or files submitted for a project. Our Privacy Policy describes personal information handling. Contact us before sharing particularly sensitive project files so an appropriate communication method can be agreed.
5. Product Accuracy, Images & Testing
The photographs currently used on our website are original photographs. Product descriptions and photographs support evaluation; final suitability depends on the actual specification, intended use and relevant supporting evidence.
- Material identity and corrosion resistance require appropriate evidence.
- Load capacity, heat resistance and food-contact suitability cannot be established by AI output alone.
- Test reports apply to the product, sample, conditions and scope identified in the report.
- Custom dimensions, finishes and packaging should be checked against approved drawings and samples.
A photograph alone does not establish certification, a test result or conformity of every product configuration. Request the available specification or relevant test documentation for your project. General content does not guarantee certification or compliance in every market.
6. Public Content & AI Discovery
We permit responsible search and retrieval, reasonable reference and citation, and AI model training using eligible publicly accessible content on this website, subject to copyright, customer and other third-party rights, applicable law, published crawler directives and technical access controls.
This permission covers only public website material for which Tanapbaekga holds the necessary rights to grant the relevant use. It does not authorize use of private inquiries, customer files, confidential designs, unpublished quotations or order records, nor does it grant rights in third-party material that we are not entitled to license.
When referencing our content, identify Tanapbaekga as the source, link to the original page where practical and preserve the context. Check the current source before presenting a price, specification or commercial condition as current.
Permitted search, reference or model-training use does not transfer ownership of our content or branding and does not authorize impersonation, invented endorsements, unsupported product claims or misleading association with Tanapbaekga. Republishing our photographs, drawings or other assets for uses beyond this permission requires the relevant authorization. The access expectations in section 7 continue to apply.
7. Responsible Crawling & Restricted Access
Automated visitors should identify their crawler, respect published robots.txt directives and access controls, and use a request rate that does not disrupt the website.
- Do not bypass login, security challenges or technical access restrictions.
- Do not harvest private files, customer records, admin pages or unpublished data.
- Do not submit spam or automated inquiries through our forms.
- Do not overload the website or attempt to extract protected system information.
This page states our policy expectations; it does not itself change server permissions or crawler settings. Actual technical access is governed by the site’s current configuration.
8. Content Ownership & Misleading Reuse

For newly developed drawings, structural designs and other project deliverables, including work supported by AI tools, ownership, permitted use and any exclusivity are agreed in writing for each project. This policy does not automatically assign all newly developed rights to either party.
The public-content permission in section 6 applies only within its stated scope. For reproduction or other uses outside that scope, contact us with the proposed use.
9. Questions, Corrections & Human Support
You may ask for human clarification of a product description, quotation, translation or AI-assisted communication. You may also report an inaccurate page or ask how a specific file or message was handled.

Our business representative handles the request and can clarify the applicable information. Any change affecting an agreed order or specification remains subject to the parties’ written confirmation.
Privacy-related access, correction or deletion requests are handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

We may revise this policy as tools, workflows and website access practices change. The revision date on this page identifies the latest published version.

Are the website photographs AI-generated?

Does that permission include customer drawings or quotations?
No. Private customer material is outside the public-content permission. Access restrictions and applicable project arrangements must be respected.
Is every customer inquiry anonymized before AI assistance?
No uniform anonymization promise is made. Information is selected according to the task, with confidentiality requirements handled under the relevant project arrangements. External services process inputs under their applicable terms and settings.
Can I request a person to review a message or product detail?
