Where mutually accepted transaction-specific written terms differ from this page, those written terms govern the relevant transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.

2. B2B Nature of This Website
This website is intended primarily for commercial and professional buyers.
Product pages, category pages, articles, specifications, photographs, drawings, test information and other website content are provided primarily for product evaluation, sourcing and business communication.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, general website information does not constitute a binding offer, sales contract, guarantee of availability or transaction-specific warranty.
Final commercial terms are determined through the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order acceptance, sales contract, order confirmation or other mutually accepted written documentation.
3. Scope of These Terms
These terms apply to use of the Tanapbaekga® website and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, provide the general commercial framework for physical goods supplied by Tanapbaekga®.
They may apply to international sales, quotations, samples, customized products, OEM/ODM projects, manufacturing projects, shipping arrangements, returns and quality claims.
A transaction-specific agreement may supplement or replace individual provisions of these website terms.
4. Product Information and Specifications
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful product information. Stainless steel hardware and home organization products may nevertheless vary according to material grade, production method, surface treatment, tooling, size, welding configuration, packaging, and individual project requirements.
Website information may include:
- Dimensions and load capacity
- Material grade (e.g., SUS201/304)
- Product weight
- Welding and assembly details
- Surface finish (e.g., brushed, polished)
- Logo engraving / laser marking
- Custom tooling information
- MOQ information
- Packing configuration
- Reference product images
- Usage and maintenance guidance
- Compliance or testing references
Such information may be approximate, representative or subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Final specifications should be confirmed for the applicable project before mass production.
5. Quotations and Pricing
Prices displayed or discussed on the website, if any, are for reference unless expressly confirmed as a valid commercial quotation.
Formal quotations may depend on factors including:
- Product model or dimensions
- Order quantity (MOQ)
- Material grade (e.g., SUS304/316) & thickness
- Welding methods & hardware accessories
- Surface treatment (e.g., polishing, brushed, powder coating)
- Custom molds or tooling costs
- Packing requirements
- Delivery destination
- Shipping method
- Incoterms (e.g., FOB, EXW, DDP)
- Raw material costs (Stainless steel market fluctuations)
- Currency exchange rates
Quotations may have a stated validity period and may be revised when specifications, quantities, costs, freight conditions, exchange rates or project requirements change.
PRICE CONFIRMATION
Website information does not override the price or commercial terms stated in the latest valid quotation, proforma invoice or other mutually accepted order document.
6. Minimum Order Quantities
Tanapbaekga® operates primarily as a wholesale and custom stainless steel products manufacturer. Minimum order quantities may apply to individual products, sizes, material grades, surface treatments, hardware accessories, custom tooling (molds) and packaging configurations.
MOQ may vary according to product type, production process, customization requirements and manufacturing conditions.
Any MOQ published on the website should be treated as indicative unless confirmed in the applicable quotation or order documentation.
7. Custom Stainless Steel OEM/ODM Projects
Custom projects may involve size specification, material grade selection (e.g., SUS304/316), sheet metal processing, wire forming, welding methods (e.g., spot welding, argon arc welding), surface treatments (e.g., polishing, brushing), laser engraving, custom packaging, molds, tooling, prototypes, and other development work.
Custom projects may require additional:
- Development time
- Sampling fees
- Mold, tooling or fixture fees
- Laser engraving or machine setup fees
- CAD drawing confirmation
- Technical approval
- Minimum order quantities
- Pre-production sample confirmation
Mass production should not begin until the applicable specifications, CAD drawings, surface finishes, prototypes, hardware components, packaging requirements and commercial terms have been approved where required.
Changes requested after approval or after production preparation has begun may result in additional charges, revised lead times, new sampling requirements or other production limitations.
Tooling and fixtures
Ownership, custody and transfer conditions for dedicated molds, tooling and fixtures, including those separately paid for by a customer, are agreed in writing for each project in the quotation or contract. This website does not assign a uniform ownership rule to all tooling arrangements.
8. CAD Drawings, Logos and Customer-Supplied Files
Customers may provide CAD drawings, 3D models, logos, trademarks, technical specifications, text, graphics or other materials for custom stainless steel projects.
By providing these materials, the customer confirms that it has the necessary rights, licenses, permissions or authorization to use and reproduce them for the requested project.
Tanapbaekga® is not responsible for claims resulting from unauthorized use of customer-supplied trademarks, logos, CAD files, copyrighted materials or other intellectual property.
Customer files may be used by Tanapbaekga® and relevant production partners only as reasonably necessary to quote, sample, manufacture, inspect, package or deliver the requested products.
Confidentiality and display permissions
Confidentiality requirements and permissions to display customer drawings, trademarks, dedicated product designs or sample photographs on our website, social media or promotional materials are agreed separately in writing for each project. The scope of any display must follow the applicable project agreement. Sending material for quotation or manufacture does not itself establish permission for public display.
9. Samples and Pre-Production Approval
Physical samples, prototypes, 3D CAD models, material references and pre-production samples may be used to confirm a project.
Customers are responsible for reviewing relevant details before approval, including where applicable:
- Dimensions & tolerances
- Load capacity & structural stability
- Material grade (e.g., SUS304/316)
- Surface finish (e.g., brushed, polished)
- Logo engraving position
- Welding & assembly details
- Hardware accessories
- CAD drawing accuracy
- Edge & corner safety
- Packing configuration
Reasonable differences may occur between digital representations, samples and mass production because of raw material batches, monitor displays, welding methods, surface polishing processes and normal manufacturing tolerances.
Conflicting reference documents
If confirmed drawings, approved samples or specification sheets are inconsistent, the parties first identify and review the differences and confirm the applicable requirements in writing before proceeding with the affected production or acceptance activities. No particular reference document is automatically given priority solely by these website terms.
10. Orders and Commercial Contracts
Submitting an inquiry or quotation request through this website does not automatically create a sales contract.
An order becomes subject to the commercial terms agreed through the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order acceptance, sales contract or other written confirmation.
Order-specific documents may contain terms relating to:
- Price
- Payment
- Quantity
- Specifications
- Production tolerance
- Lead time
- Quality requirements
- Inspection
- Shipping
- Incoterms
- Claims
- Tooling
ORDER-SPECIFIC AGREEMENTS
If a mutually accepted order-specific written agreement conflicts with these website terms, the order-specific agreement will govern that transaction.
Changes after approval
If a customer requests changes to approved dimensions, materials, quantities, surface treatment, packaging or other requirements, we first assess feasibility, any increase or decrease in cost, and the effect on the schedule. The parties confirm the revised requirements in writing before the affected production or procurement activities are carried out.
Order cancellation
Cancellation is handled under the applicable written order agreement. Where it does not specify the cancellation arrangements, the parties discuss the actual project stage, costs already incurred that can be substantiated, and the recoverable or reusable value of relevant materials and other resources. They then confirm the cancellation charges and any refundable amount in writing.
11. Payment Terms
Payment terms, deposit requirements, balance payments, payment method and payment timing are confirmed in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract or other order documentation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, production, customization, tooling or shipment may be conditional upon receipt of the payment or deposit specified in the applicable transaction documents.
Bank charges, payment-provider fees and similar transaction costs are allocated according to the applicable commercial agreement.
12. Production and Lead Times
Any production or delivery lead time displayed on the website or discussed before order confirmation is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Production schedules may depend on:
- Final CAD drawing approval
- Sample confirmation
- Deposit or payment receipt
- Material availability
- Tooling or mold availability
- Production capacity
- Customization complexity
- Public holidays
- Quality inspection
- Shipping schedules
Tanapbaekga® will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed schedules but cannot control carrier, port, customs or other third-party timelines outside its reasonable control.
13. Shipping, Delivery and Incoterms
Shipping method, destination, freight responsibility, insurance, customs clearance, delivery arrangements and applicable Incoterms should be confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract.
Depending on the transaction, internationally recognized Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP or another mutually agreed term may be used.
Estimated transit times are not guaranteed arrival dates unless specifically agreed in writing.
Customer-nominated freight forwarders
When the customer nominates a freight forwarder, the parties confirm the forwarder, handover location, collection arrangements and applicable shipping terms in writing for that order. Handover records are retained. If a shortage or damage is reported, responsibility is assessed against the agreed terms and relevant evidence, rather than assumed solely because a nominated forwarder was involved.
14. Customs, Duties and Import Responsibilities
Customs duties, import taxes, customs-clearance obligations, local charges, licenses and destination requirements depend on the agreed Incoterm and transaction-specific arrangements.
Unless Tanapbaekga® has expressly accepted responsibility in writing, buyers are responsible for determining and complying with destination-country import requirements.
15. Product Inspection and Quality Claims
Inspection requirements are agreed in writing for the product and intended use of each order. They may cover dimensional tolerances, appearance, weld quality, sampling method, load or corrosion testing, the applicable methods and acceptance criteria, and inspection or testing costs. This website does not promise a single inspection standard or test package for every product.
Customers should inspect goods promptly after receipt. Notification periods for shortages, incorrect goods, visible damage and other apparent issues are agreed in the written order documents; this website does not impose a uniform number of days. Customers should notify us promptly after discovering a concern.
For suspected manufacturing defects that become apparent only during use, any warranty period or agreed claim procedure is determined in the written order agreement. We do not set a uniform website-wide warranty period. Customers should report the issue promptly after discovery and supply information for assessment.
A claim may require evidence including:
- Photographs and videos of the affected goods and the reported issue
- Carton labels, batch details and affected quantities
- Approved specifications, inspection reports and shipping or handover records
- Relevant use conditions and representative samples where needed for assessment
Our business representative handles quality claims through support@tanapbaekga.com. The assessment and any agreed remedy follow the relevant order terms and applicable requirements. See sections 19–27 for related return and remedy arrangements.
16. Product Compliance and Buyer Responsibilities
Stainless steel hardware and home organization product requirements vary among countries, jurisdictions, materials and intended applications.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, buyers are responsible for confirming whether the selected product, material grade (e.g., SUS304/316), surface treatment, labeling and intended application satisfy requirements applicable in the destination market.
Where specific certification, testing, salt spray testing (corrosion resistance), load-bearing documentation, material composition analysis (e.g., SGS/RoHS) or other regulatory evidence is required, the requirement should be communicated and confirmed before ordering.
Certificates, test reports and compliance statements should be understood according to the product, material, test method and scope identified in the relevant document. They should not automatically be assumed to cover a different product configuration or intended use.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, product photographs, graphics, technical information, downloadable materials, logos, icons, page layouts and website design is owned by Tanapbaekga®, licensed to Tanapbaekga® or used with appropriate authorization.
Website content may not be systematically copied, reproduced, republished, commercially exploited or distributed without authorization except where permitted by applicable law.
Tanapbaekga® does not claim ownership of trademarks, logos or artwork lawfully supplied by customers for their own custom stainless steel projects.
Project-specific development
Ownership of newly developed drawings, structural designs and other project deliverables, their permitted uses and any exclusivity are agreed in writing for each project. This website does not automatically assign all newly developed rights to either party. Rights in customer-supplied materials remain subject to their existing ownership and authorization.
18. Acceptable Website Use
You agree not to use this website to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Submit fraudulent or deliberately misleading information
- Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
- Introduce malware, malicious code or automated attacks
- Interfere with website security or performance
- Harvest contact information without authorization
- Misuse Tanapbaekga® intellectual property
- Impersonate another person, company or organization
19. Return Eligibility and Claim Notification
For non-customized goods that conform to the agreed requirements and have no quality issue, we generally do not accept returns because of a change in purchasing plans, preference or excess inventory. A different written agreement between the parties or an applicable legal requirement may provide otherwise.
A request relating to incorrect goods, shortage, damage or a suspected manufacturing defect is reviewed under the quality-claim process. The applicable notification or warranty periods are set out in the written order agreement, rather than a uniform website-wide deadline. Report a concern promptly after discovery and provide relevant records.
Eligibility for a physical return depends on the reason for the claim, product type, customization, condition, order documents and applicable requirements. A physical return requires prior written approval. Where the condition of the goods or their packaging is relevant to assessment or an approved return, the parties confirm the necessary arrangements.
20. Products Not Eligible for Return
Subject to the applicable written agreement and legal requirements, goods normally excluded from change-of-plan or preference-based returns include:
- Custom-made, personalized, laser-engraved, stamped or customer-branded products
- Goods manufactured to customer-specific dimensions or approved specifications
- Conforming non-customized goods where the reason is a change in purchasing plans or excess inventory
- Opened, used or customer-modified goods where a preference-based return is requested
- Clearance or specially discounted goods sold under agreed condition-specific terms
These exclusions do not by themselves resolve a claim for a verified manufacturing defect, incorrect supply or failure to meet the mutually confirmed specification. Such claims are assessed separately under the order terms and applicable requirements. Issues caused by post-delivery misuse, unsuitable storage, handling or unauthorized modification are assessed according to their actual cause and the applicable arrangements.
21. Custom, Fabricated and Buyer-Approved Products
Custom-made, laser-engraved, branded, molded, wire-formed or otherwise buyer-specific products are generally manufactured against confirmed specifications and therefore are not normally returnable because of a change of preference, marketing decision, inventory requirements or other buyer-side commercial reasons.
Where custom goods materially fail to conform to the mutually confirmed specification or contain a verified manufacturing defect, Tanapbaekga® will review the claim under the quality-claim procedure.
Approved CAD drawings, specifications, pre-production samples, 3D models and written confirmations may be used as evidence when determining whether custom goods conform to the order.
22. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If goods are believed to be defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially inconsistent with the confirmed order, the customer should contact Tanapbaekga® promptly and provide sufficient evidence for assessment.
Depending on the circumstances and agreed commercial terms, a verified claim may be resolved through one or more of the following:
- Replacement products
- Reproduction of affected goods
- Replacement of missing quantities
- Partial refund
- Full refund for approved affected goods
- Commercial credit
- Another mutually agreed corrective action
The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature, severity and quantity of the verified issue and the relevant order documents.
The remedy, affected quantities and any refund amount are confirmed in writing after assessment; submitting a claim does not by itself establish that a full refund or physical return has been approved.
23. Return Process
To request review of a return or quality claim:
- Contact support@tanapbaekga.com with the order or invoice reference, affected goods, quantity and reason for the request. Our business representative handles the request.
- Provide relevant photographs, videos, labels, inspection records and other supporting evidence for assessment.
- If a physical return is necessary and approved, obtain written return instructions, the applicable return address and any return-reference information.
- Confirm the dispatch deadline, transport arrangements and allocation of relevant costs in writing for that approved return. No uniform number of days for dispatch is set by this website.
- Follow the agreed instructions. Returned goods are assessed against the relevant evidence and order documents before the remedy and any refundable amount are finally confirmed.
Do not send goods back without prior written approval. Some issues may be resolved through documentary assessment, inspection results, replacement goods, credit or another agreed arrangement without returning the entire shipment.
24. Refunds, Replacements and Credits
Where a refund is approved, the parties confirm the amount, method, necessary payment details and the time for initiating the refund in writing for that case. This website does not set a uniform refund-processing period. Actual receipt of funds is subject to bank or payment-service processing.
Depending on the verified issue and applicable agreement, the parties may agree on replacement products, reproduction, supply of missing quantities, a partial or full refund for the approved affected goods, commercial credit or another suitable corrective action.
The refund scope and treatment of original freight, return freight, insurance, duties, taxes, refund fees and related costs follow the applicable order agreement and requirements. Where they are not already specified, the parties assess the cause and responsibility and confirm the allocation and refund scope in writing before the return or refund. See section 25.
25. Return Shipping and Related Costs
Original shipping charges, return freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, refund transaction fees and other relevant costs are handled first under the written order agreement and applicable requirements.
Where the arrangement is not specified, the parties review the cause of the issue and the relevant responsibility and agree in writing, before a return or refund, which cost items apply, who bears them and what is included in the refund. These website terms do not automatically allocate every cost to one party or promise reimbursement of all logistics or payment costs.
26. International Returns
International returns may involve export and import procedures, customs declarations, duties, transit delays and other logistics requirements. Returned goods must comply with the relevant export and import requirements.
Before arranging a return shipment, obtain written approval and confirm the return address, shipping method, dispatch deadline, required documents and cost allocation. Responsibility for additional costs is determined under the order terms and applicable requirements or, where not specified, the written arrangement reached after assessing the cause and responsibility for the issue.
27. Unsupported, Abusive or Fraudulent Claims
Return or refund requests are assessed against reasonable supporting evidence, the agreed order documents and applicable requirements. Requests that are fraudulent, abusive, unsupported by reasonable evidence or materially inconsistent with the relevant order may be rejected.
Any notification or warranty period is determined by the applicable written order terms and requirements. No uniform number of days is introduced by this section. Concerns should be reported promptly after discovery; the circumstances of discovery and the available evidence are considered in the assessment.
Damage caused after delivery by improper storage, misuse, unsuitable handling, unauthorized modification or use outside the intended conditions is assessed according to its cause and the applicable order arrangements. These website terms do not replace obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
28. Website Availability and Errors
Tanapbaekga® aims to keep its website accurate, secure and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all website content will always be complete, current or error-free.
Product information, availability, specifications, photographs, pricing references and website content may be corrected, updated, removed or replaced.
Tanapbaekga® is not responsible for reasonable website downtime caused by maintenance, hosting failures, network incidents, security events, third-party services or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
29. Third-Party Links, Services and Privacy
This website may use or link to independent services for messaging (such as WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, and WeChat), analytics, hosting, security, video, maps, translation or other functionality.
Independent third-party services operate according to their own terms and privacy policies. Tanapbaekga® does not control independent third-party websites or services.
Personal information submitted through this website is handled according to the Tanapbaekga® Privacy Policy.
30. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tanapbaekga® will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on general website information or temporary inability to access the website.
Buyers should obtain written confirmation of important product specifications, compliance requirements, quantities, pricing and commercial terms before making purchasing, regulatory, branding, logistics or production decisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law or by a mutually accepted transaction-specific agreement.
31. Force Majeure
Tanapbaekga® will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events reasonably beyond its control.
Such events may include:
- Natural disasters
- Fire or severe weather
- War or civil disturbance
- Government restrictions
- Port closures
- Transportation disruption
- Labor disputes
- Public health emergencies
- Power or network failures
- Material shortages
- Significant supply-chain disruptions
- Other events beyond reasonable control
If such circumstances affect an order, Tanapbaekga® and the customer should communicate reasonably regarding revised production, delivery or other arrangements.
32. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The governing law and dispute-resolution arrangements are agreed in writing for each individual order. This website does not designate a single governing law, court or arbitration institution for every transaction.
Where the parties have agreed on dispute-resolution procedures, court jurisdiction or arbitration, those transaction-specific written provisions apply subject to applicable legal requirements. The relevant law or forum must not be inferred solely from the website hosting location or the use of a shipping term.
Mutually accepted transaction-specific terms also govern the agreed commercial details, including payment conditions, inspection standards and claims arrangements.
33. Changes to These Terms
Tanapbaekga® may update these Terms & Conditions, Refund & Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the website, products, business operations, technology, commercial practices or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page together with the updated revision date.
Changes to general website terms do not automatically replace transaction-specific contractual terms already agreed in writing for an existing order.
